Hi, I’m Stine!
I’m an ADHD coach on a mission to help ADHDers understand and accept how their brains function so they can authentically connect with people to build the social and work lives they want.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2023, and as I gained more knowledge about ADHD, so much of my life and the struggles I’ve had made so much sense.
As I’ve come to understand and learned to accept how I actually function - strengths and limitations - my self-trust and confidence has kept growing.
I went from always feeling on the outside socially, to build close relationships where I don’t need to mask nor have a social battery for. As well as building a career that I’ve been wanting to do for many years, but felt impossible due to difficulties of being truly seen.
